Party Terms and Conditions for xxxx Ltd Trading as Pamper Parties
1. Booking and Payments
- Party Bookings can be made via the online booking form. Link HERE
- A non-refundable deposit of €30 is required to secure your booking. Payment should be made before submitting the booking form. The balance must be paid before the party date or on the day.
- Once we have reviewed your enquiry and confirmed your chosen slot is available and that you have paid your deposit, we will confirm your booking.
- For children’s parties, the minimum number of guests is 6, and the maximum is 20. Charges apply per guest, additional guests can be accommodated to a maximum of 20 and will be charged per head.
- Personalised items (e.g., cakes, photo books) and party extras (e.g., jewellery boxes, tote bags) are non-refundable once ordered.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks before the party date.
- Rescheduling is permitted once, subject to availability, and must be done at least 2 weeks before the original party date.
3. Party Requirements
- Parental consent forms must be completed and returned for each child attending a party before the event. Verbal consent is not accepted.
- Party start and finish times are fixed, late arrivals may miss activities and the party will finish at the agreed time.
4. Health and Safety
- We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries that occur during the party. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.
- Children with contagious conditions (e.g., cold sores, head lice) may not be able to participate in certain activities. Alternative options will be offered where possible.
- Pamper Parties regrets that your party staff may be unable to offer certain pampering treatments to children with any viral infections and hair and skin conditions, such as cold sores, verrucas, warts, conjunctivitis, severe cold, head lice, severe acne, and severe eczema. An alternative treatment may be offered in such cases. Such conditions should be brought to your party staff’s attention prior to the start of the party.
- Our staff are trained professionals, but we do not administer medication. Where a child has an allergy that requires an EpiPen to be present the supervising parent(s) will ensure that they have one on their person and that they understand how to administer it if needed.
6. COVID-19 and Force Majeure
- In the event of a COVID-19 lockdown or other unforeseen circumstances, your party will be rescheduled to the next available date. No refunds will be issued.
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters).
8. Behaviour and Damages
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour of all children attending the party. Damages to equipment or products caused by guests will be charged to the client.
9. Photography
- We may take photos during the party for marketing purposes consent is requested on our booking form.
10. Liability
- We hold public liability insurance, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings during the party.
11. Personal Data
- We collect and store personal data in accordance with GDPR
- Information will only be used for booking and marketing purposes
- We will never share your data with third parties
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time
